SHUD END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Version of October 24, 2026 (SHUD 2.4.5)

This agreement is concluded between you (the "User") and the developer of SHUD (the "Developer") and sets out the terms for using SHUD, its updates, accompanying files and the shud.dev service (together, the "Program").

By installing, running or otherwise using the Program, you confirm that you have read and accept all terms of this agreement, including the automatic collection of anonymised usage statistics (Section 6). If you do not agree with any term, do not install or use the Program, and remove it if it is already installed.

1. Purpose and status of the Program

1.1. The Program is intended for familiarisation with and demonstration of capabilities used in esports and gaming applications (HUDs, broadcast graphics, directing, replays) and is distributed free of charge.

1.2. The Program is not an official product of any organisation, including game developers and publishers, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Game titles, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

1.3. The Program is not intended to circumvent service rules, anti-cheat systems or any other restrictions and does not provide any in-game advantage.

2. Licence

2.1. The Developer grants the User a free, non-exclusive licence to install and use the Program on any number of the User's own devices for personal and professional purposes, including broadcasting.

2.2. The User may not: sell, rent out or distribute the Program under their own name; remove or alter authorship notices; interfere with the operation of the shud.dev service, including by sending false or artificially generated data to it; modify the Program in order to disable or bypass its restrictions, including the sending of statistics — except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

2.3. Third-party components included in the Program are used and distributed under their own licences.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. The exclusive rights to the Program belong to the Developer. This agreement does not transfer to the User any rights to the Program other than those expressly granted in Section 2.

3.2. The Developer respects copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any similarity of individual solutions, interface elements or code fragments to third-party materials may be unintentional.

4. Notices from rights holders

If you believe that the Program infringes your rights, please send a notice to guliamovpro@yandex.ru describing the material and the grounds of your right. The notice will be reviewed and, where necessary, the relevant materials will be removed, replaced or brought into compliance with applicable licences and legal requirements.

5. Account and shud.dev cloud

5.1. The cloud is optional: the Program works without an account.

5.2. If the User signs in to a shud.dev account, the Program's data — teams, players, matches, tournaments, logos and avatars — is transferred to and stored on shud.dev servers and synchronised between the devices of that account (no more than 10 devices). The Director, the Program's settings and the selected current match are not transferred to the cloud.

5.3. The User is solely responsible for uploaded materials and confirms that they have the right to use them, including personal data and images of third parties (players, hosts).

5.4. The User can sign out at any time — on one device in the Program or on all devices on shud.dev. Data on the devices is kept when signing out. The account and cloud data can be deleted on the website or by request to guliamovpro@yandex.ru.

5.5. The Developer may restrict or terminate access to the cloud in case of a breach of this agreement or abuse of the service.

6. Usage statistics

6.1. The Program automatically collects anonymised usage statistics and sends them to the shud.dev server. This is a mandatory condition of using the Program: sending statistics cannot be disabled. If you do not agree to the collection of statistics, do not use the Program.

6.2. The following is sent:

a random installation identifier generated by the Program and not linked to a shud.dev account;

the Program version;

the operating system: family, version without build number, architecture;

the system language and regional settings;

the date of first launch, the number of launches and the Program's running time;

how many minutes supported games were used (based on data the game sends to the Program);

which sections and features of the Program were used (usage counts only);

whether the cloud and auto-replay are enabled, and whether OBS or vMix is used.

6.3. Approximate location. When data is received, the server determines the country, region and city from the IP address — with city-level accuracy, not a street address. Only the result is stored; the IP address itself is not stored.

6.4. The following is not sent: names, nicknames, SteamIDs or other game identifiers, email addresses, team names, match and tournament data, files and file paths, the computer name, the contents of settings, precise location.

6.5. Statistics are used to estimate the number of active installations, ensure compatibility, set development priorities and fix bugs. The Developer does not sell statistics or share them with third parties for advertising purposes.

6.6. Statistics are kept for no longer than 13 months and are then retained only in aggregated form that does not allow an individual installation to be identified.

6.7. The data being sent can be viewed in the Program: "Settings" → "Usage statistics" → "What is sent".

7. Third-party programs and services

The Program interacts with third-party programs and services (for example, games, OBS Studio, vMix, match import services). The User's relationship with them is governed by their own terms. The Developer is not responsible for their operation, availability or changes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, absence of errors and preservation of data. The shud.dev service may be temporarily unavailable or discontinued.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation and the European Union, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss of data, lost profits, interruptions of broadcasts or other consequences arising from the use of or inability to use the Program.

10. User responsibility

The User undertakes to use the Program lawfully and is solely responsible for compliance with applicable law, the rules of services, tournaments and platforms, and the rights of third parties.

11. Updates and changes to this agreement

11.1. The Program may be updated, including by changing, adding or removing features.

11.2. The Developer may amend this agreement. The new version takes effect upon publication on shud.dev or in the Program's installer. By continuing to use the Program after an amendment, the User accepts the new version.

12. Termination

This agreement remains in force while the User uses the Program. The User may terminate it at any time by removing the Program. In the event of a breach, the licence terminates automatically.

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the User's country of residence. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
